ADDC Bandipora takes stock of Grievance Redressal Mechanism
BANDIPORA, NOVEMBER 23: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Bandipora, Mohammad Ashraf Hakak Thursday chaired a meeting of concerned officers to take stock of current status and position of public grievances, received by various departments.
On the occasion, a comprehensive discussion on the subject was held wherein it was informed that grievances pertaining to various departments were registered and have been addressed well within the stipulated time frame whereas the remaining are in different phases of execution.
After taking a thorough review, ADDC stressed upon the concerned officers to ensure timely and prompt redressal of all the grievances. He said that an effective and proper grievance redressal mechanism is the cornerstone of a welfare administration.
He further added that administration is working with utmost zeal and dedication towards addressing the issues of people in a convenient and hassle free manner.
The ADDC stressed upon the quality disposal of the grievances so that issues pertaining to common people are redressed timely and effectively.
Among others, heads of various departments, district and sectoral officers among other concerned functionaries attended the meeting.
