ADDC Rajouri reviews modalities for e-Office implementation up to Tehsil, Block Level

RAJOURI, APRIL 22: Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa today chaired a meeting here in the Conference Hall of the DC Office Rajouri to discuss modalities for the implementation of the e-Office system up to the tehsil and block level.


The ADDC underscored the importance of seamless transition to a digital workflow to enhance administrative efficiency by timely processing of files, enhancing transparency, and ensuring accountability in government functioning.

He directed all concerned departments to provide the data of onboard officials at the earliest, so that official email IDs can be created and linked to the system. He stressed that this step is crucial for the successful rollout and functioning of the e-Office framework at the grassroots administrative levels.

The ADDC urged all departments to extend full cooperation and adhere to the timeline set for e-Office implementation, marking a significant move toward a more transparent and efficient administrative setup in the district.

The meeting witnessed the presence of Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Mohd Jahangir Khan; Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Sheraz Chouhan; Chief Planning Officer, Maqsood Ahmed; District Panchayat Officer, Ch. Mohd Nawaz; District Informatics Officer NIC, Muzaffar Mir; along with other district and sectoral officers.
