ADDC Reasi holds public grievances redressal camp at Pora Kotla Panchayat
REASI, FEBRUARY 07: Additional District Development Commissioner Reasi, Sukhved Singh Samyal, conducted a public grievances redressal camp at Panchayat Pora Kotla of block Pouni to address the concerns of locals and ensure prompt resolution of their issues.
During the camp, community members raised various grievances including road connectivity, the upgradation of the High Secondary School building, construction of a playground, shortage of staff in schools and hospitals, repair of CCTV and lights on the Shiv Khori track, provision of toilet facilities at Ransoo town, sheds for ponies, fresh surveys for the PMAY Houses, installation of lights at the Bus Stand Ransoo, and improved road connectivity in and around the town.
Representatives from Health, Agriculture, JK Bank, SGHs and Revenue Department set up stalls during the camp to showcase both Central and Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory welfare oriented schemes so that attendees were able to avail the benefits of these welfare schemes on the spot.
ADDC listened to the grievances of the people and directed concerned officers to ensure that all issues will be addressed within the stipulated time frame. Officers from various departments promptly resolved several grievances on the spot, demonstrating the government’s commitment to efficient governance and responsive administration.
Addressing the gathering, the ADDC reiterated the Government’s dedication to the development of Ransoo Town and encouraged youth to take advantage of government-sponsored schemes. He also said that helicopter services for Shiv Khori would commence soon.
PO Poshan Mohd Anwar Banday, SE PWD and PMGSY, ACD Pardeep Kumar, CEO, Chief Agriculture Officer, Tehsildar and BDO Pouni and other senior district officers were present on the occasion.
