ADM asks construction agencies to provide full detail of workers within 30 days

REASI, JULY 25: Additional District Magistrate, Reasi in exercise of powers vested under section 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 order and require all the construction agencies in District Reasi doing construction activities to furnish the details of their workers consisting of Name, Parentage, Age, residential Address, Aadhaar No, Mobile No. to their respective Police Stations and concerned Tehsildars within a period of 30 days (Hard & Soft copies) positively.

In an order, it was said that any violation of this order shall invite punitive action under section 223 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It further said that Senior Superintendent of Police, Reasi shall implement this order in letter and spirit.
