Administrative Judge Pulwama visits District Court Complex Pulwama
Takes stock of Court infrastructure and Court management
PULWAMA, September 16: The Administrative Judge for District Pulwama, Justice Rajnesh Oswal who is also Judge, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh today visited District Court Complex Pulwama and took stock of Court infrastructure and Court management.
The Judge on his reception was given the Guard of Honour by a Contingent of J&K Police. Principal District and Sessions Judge Naseer Ahmad Dar welcomed the Administrative Judge.
Additional District & Sessions Judge O.P.Thakur, Sub-Judge/CJM Mansoor Ahmad Lone, Abdul Bari, Joint Registrar Protocol, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, Munsiff/JMIC Majid Farooq Mir were present on the occasion.
During the visit, Justice Oswal conducted inspection of all the Courts functioning within the Court Complex. He also held interactive session with the Judicial Officers and stressed upon the speedy disposal of pending cases and prioritizing the old pending cases.
On the occasion, the Administrative Judge inaugurated the Library for the lawyers. He held an interactive session with the lawyers headed by the president Bar Association Pulwama, who projected various demands for the welfare of the Association. He assured to address their entire genuine grievance within a time bound manner.
The Administrative judge had a meeting with officers of District Administration and police and discussed various issues relating to Court infrastructure and Security.
Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, SSP Pulwama, ASP and other officers were also present on the occasion.
