A comprehensive presentation was given by NIC, who developed the portal, on the functioning of the portal. The portal, a first of its kind in the region, is designed to gather data on the current skill levels and interests of the youth in Ladakh.

It is pertinent to mention that this information will be crucial in shaping tailored training programs that align with the needs of the renewable energy sector, which is set to be a major contributor to Ladakh’s economic development.
