Anand Ahuja missing his wife Sonam Kapoor and son Vayu, Shares a Poem

Anand Ahuja, husband of Sonam Kapoor, shared a picture on Instagram of his wife and their son Vayu, expressing how much he misses them. Along with the picture, he posted a poem “On Children” by Khalil Gibran, which he had read as a child.

In the picture, Sonam is wearing a blue striped night suit and holding her baby, who is dressed in a white romper with an animal print. She is seen hugging the baby. The poem read, “Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself. They come through you but not from you, And though they are with you, yet they belong not to you. You may give them your love but not your thoughts, For they have their own thoughts.”

Along with the poem, he captioned the post, “I read this years ago and have always remembered it. Saved it so I could always refer to it, and now so grateful to put it into practice w @sonamkapoor … missing you both too much.”

As soon as the post was posted, Sonam Kapoor replied, “Love you so much #everydayphenomenal.” Rhea Kapoor commented, “Happiest boy,” followed by a heart emoji. A fan commented, “My favorite piece of writing by Khalil Gibran!!! Cute pic!!!” Another commented, “I’m glad that sonam found a gem like you 🤗 God bless this trio. Vayu is one lucky kid.”

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja got married in 2018. They welcomed their son Vayu in August 2022.
