Army Chief Gen Dwivedi in Kashmir, Reviews security with top commanders

Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi is in Kashmir on a high-level visit. He was briefed by the Northern Army Commander and the GOC of 15 Chinar Corps on the prevailing security situation. The Chief of Army Staff also visited the Victor Force Headquarters, reviewing counter-terror operations and overall preparedness in the region.
