Arrangements for Int’l Yoga Day 2023 activities finalised at Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, June 13: Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur Sachin Kumar Vaishya today chaired a meeting of officers of line departments to discuss and finalize the necessary arrangements for the smooth celebration of International Yoga day here in his office Chamber.

Threadbare discussions were held for finalization of various arrangements related to the venue of event, participants, Stage, refreshment, publicity, parking, security and other necessary arrangements. It was decided in the meeting that the main event would be organised at Patnitop.    

The concerned departments were directed to make the necessary arrangements well in advance. The Deputy Commissioner called for inter-departmental coordination and stressed on ensuring mass participation to make the event a grand success.

Chief Executive Officer, Patnitop Development Authority, Sher Singh and other District officers of AYUSH, YSS, CEO, Information, NIC etc. were present in the meeting.
