ARTO Ganderbal conducts Medical Camp at Gadoora

GANDERBAL, JANUARY 24:  As part of month long road safety action plan, ARTO Office Ganderbal in collaboration with Chief Medical Officer Ganderbal today conducted a free medical/ ophthalmic camp for commercial drivers at Gadoora, here.

During the camp, more than hundred drivers were examined by the team of doctors. 

Before the start of medical check up, all the drivers were apprised by team ARTO Office and Doctors regarding importance of physical fitness of a commercial driver.

 The transport unions of the district appreciated the initiative of Transport and Health department.

Speaking on the occasion, ARTO Ganderbal, Wajahat Qayoom assured the transporters that these type of free medical camps will be held frequently for the benefit of commercial drivers in future also.
