Ashok Koul inaugurates Ultra Hygienic Laundry Service unit

JAMMU 29 June: Jammu and Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul, along with BJP Vice President Chander Mohan Gupta inaugurated Tumble Dry- an ultra hygienic laundry service unit in the Trikuta Nagar area of Jammu.

Ashok Koul, while congratulating the franchise partner of the unit, said that India’s largest dry cleaning chain has reached Jammu and the people  can avail facilities through home pickup service and walking in.

 He said that the new concept will provide multiple facilities under one roof. He said that laundry, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, washing and linting removal of blankets, besides dry cleaning of delicate fibre clothes, will prove to be of great service in the area. He said that the most significant aspect has been that it is to be run by highly educated youth, who is B.Tech. and took the initiative to set up  own earning unit instead of running after a government job. Vikas Thapa, the proprietor,  will also provide employment to a number of unemployed people, thus doing a great social service, Koul said. He expressed hope that the management and staff of Tumble Dry would meet the expectations of the customers.

Vikas Thapa, while sharing the details of the unit, said that totally organic detergent will be used with facilities for steam ironing and shoe cleaning under one roof. He said that the faint colour of clothes can be revived in the unit. Here, cleaning of any kind of spot of oil, blood, grease etc can be removed.

A large number of prominent people, including Deep Raj Thapa, LD Gorka, Kulbhushan Mohtra, Rakesh Pant, Surinder Bhagat, Hans Raj, Rashpal Digra, were present on the occasion.
