Awareness-cum-cleanliness drive held in Khaltse

LEH, April 3: An awareness-cum-cleanliness drive was started by ADDC/ACD Leh, Sonam Nurboo, in the Khaltse subdivision today, in the presence of SDM, Khaltse; Tehsildar Khaltse; BDO Khaltse/ Singay Lalok; BDO Skurbuchan; AEE PWD Khaltse and the employees of Khaltse sub-division.

The cleanliness drive rally commenced from DRR Office, Khaltse to the Segregation Centre, Khaltse.

ADDC/ACD Leh, Sonam Nurboo said that such awareness-cum-cleanliness drives should be conducted at every blocks/panchayats of Khaltse subdivision as per schedule.

ADDC/ACD Leh, also conducted a meeting with the Block Development Officers of Khaltse, Singay Lalok and Skurbuchan and the Panchayat Secretaries of the subdivision and directed them to conduct awareness-cum-cleanliness drives in every block/panchayats.

BDO Khaltse informed that a scheduled calendar is already for conducting such awareness-cum-cleanliness drives in Khaltse and Singay Lalok blocks.
