Baru starts black topping of main Hazuri Bagh road at Bohri

JUNE 13: BJP senior leader and JMC Councillor ward-41 Sanjay Kumar Baru along with BJP Mandal President Keshav Chopra started the black topping of Hazuri Bagh main road after the expansion of Bohri Chowk.

While initiating the work, Sanjay Baru said that during the last 9 years, the residents of India have witnessed a golden era; an era which is led by unprecedented growth, development and resurgence of India. He said that the Modi government started its course with ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas’ and the joining of ‘Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’ has led to the inclusion of every person from the most neglected part of the society.

Baru further said that while Bharat has just completed 75 years of freedom from the British rule, now it is high time to contribute our energy in these 25 years of Amritkaal for further strengthening of Bharat. Amritkaal starting from now until 2047 belong to remake and rebuild Bharat, which will be based upon our rich culture with ultra modern scientific advancements in the reach of common masses as well as Self-reliant Bharat, which treats every being with concern and which is full of energy, free from disease and poverty.

While starting the black topping of Hazuri Bagh road, Baru told that this work was delayed due to the need to cut some trees at main Bohri Chowk and shifting of old electricity and BSNL poles, upgradation and widening of Hazuri Bagh road. Now after the completion of all these works, today black topping of this road started with the estimated cost of 47 Lakh rupees by PWD department, he said.

On the occasion, Shopkeepers and local Residents appreciated the BJP and especially the local Councillor for his efforts for upgradation,, widening and black topping of Hazuribag road and expansion of Bohri Chowk by cutting the tree and removing the electric poles.
