Bharat Jodo Yatra: Hari Singh holds preparatory meeting at Block Dansal

People eagerly wait to meet Rahul Gandhi through the medium of Padyatra

DANSAL: Bharat Jodo Yatra being taken out by the AICC leader Rahul Gandhi has developed a hope and confidence amongst the countrymen and it is set to bring the derailed democratic system back on the track, aiming to end the hate politics and wrong policies adopted by the BJP for the sake of Power.

This was stated by Hari Singh Chib, President District Congress Committee, Jammu Rural while addressing a preparatory meeting in connection with Bharat Jodo Yatra at village Krishanpur, Block Dansal falling in District Jammu Rural. The meeting was organised by Romal Singh President, Block Congress Committee Dansal.

Addressing the gathering, Hari Singh asserted that Rahul Gandhi, through Bharat Jodo Yatra, has been raising a voice against the politics of division, rising unemployment, and problems being faced by the farmers and other weaker sections. He stated that the Padyatra is being undertaken by Rahul Gandhi to unite people from across the nation and it is extremely important for Jammu and Kashmir which has been singled out and ignored by the BJP government.

The DCC Rural President said that the aforesaid Yatra has developed a hope among the countrymen, who have been witnessing many unexpected developments since the BJP Govt assumed power at Centre. The Yatra is bound to recreate an atmosphere of friendship in the country while putting an end to the hate politics which is being encouraged by the BJP for the sake of remaining power.

Hari Singh said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir are fed up with the hollow policies of BJP and now they are eagerly waiting to meet Rahul Gandhi through the medium of this Yatra. He asserted that the Yatra will receive huge response in Jammu Kashmir as received by the Yatra in other parts of the country. He mentioned that the Yatra is entering J&K on January 22, 2023.

“It is the need of the hour that people from across the nation show their stand against the Centre’s divide and rule policy by marching together for unity. We are meeting with people to deliberate upon the preparations so that no stone is left unturned,” he added.

Hari Singh appealed to the people of Block Dansal as well as the party cadre to participate in the upcoming Yatra in large numbers to make it a grand success.

Romal Singh, President, Block Congress Committee Dansal said that the mood and pulse of the people against the BJP is clearly visible on ground and with people’s support, the upcoming Yatra will receive an overwhelming response in Jammu.
