Bharat Sankalp Yatra Unveils Success of Government Schemes in Reasi District
REASI, NOVEMBER 22: In a significant event organized in Panchayat Mari- A of block Reasi, a program under the Bharat Sankalp Yatra unfolded, bringing together community, government functionaries, and beneficiaries to celebrate the success of different government schemes implemented for socio economic development of the masses.
The event was organised under the chairmanship of Sangeeta Gupta, the Director of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, and the designated Prabhari Officer for District Reasi under Bharat Viksit Yatra.
On the occasion, Sangeeta Gupta, the Visiting Officer, interacted with Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) members and government functionaries. The dialogue aimed to foster a deeper understanding of the on-ground impact of government schemes and initiatives.
Further, she emphasized to focus on enhanced mobilization and reaching out to those left out to include them under welfare schemes. She asked officers to ensure maximum public participation, particularly engaging Youths, aimed at raising awareness about the Government’s schemes and achievements.
District Development Commissioner, Vishesh Paul Mahajan stressed on the significance of flagship schemes, and exhorted the need for effective projection to maximize their impact on the ground. He termed the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra as an opportunity to penetrate the flagship schemes at the gram panchayats for maximum saturation of the schemes.
DDC said Bharat Sankalp Yatra is a nationwide initiative that aims to foster a spirit of unity and collaboration among citizens, promoting the collective responsibility for the development and progress of the nation.
