Bilal Mukhtar assumes charge as General Manager DIC Ganderbal

GANDERBAL, February 15: Bilal Mukhtar (JKAS) Thursday officially assumed the charge as General Manager (GM) District Industries Centre (DIC) Ganderbal.

He received a vibrant welcome from the Officers and officials of the DIC Ganderbal upon his joining.

Soon after taking over the charge, the incumbent GM chaired an introductory meeting with the field staff of the department; he took overview of ongoing work of the Department.

He emphasised on punctuality, transparency, timely and effective public service delivery, and ease of doing things so that the benefits reach to the people.

He also urged the staff to operate with a legacy of dedication and transparency for the benefit of people.

Prior to his posting as General Manager DIC Ganderbal, Bilal has served the government in various capacities including as Deputy Director Information (PR) Kashmir, Assistant Commissioner Development Srinagar and Ganderbal besides holding various positions in the administration.
