BJP holds Sanyukt Morcha Sammelans in 3 Assembly segments

JAMMU, June 17: BJP organized Sanyukt Morcha Sammelan in three constituencies in Udhampur and Reasi districts, under party’s ongoing month-long programs in connection with the compilation of the nine years of government under PM Narendra Modi.

Former MP Rajya Sabha Shamsher Singh Manhas, along with BJP Secretary and district Prabhari Arvind Gupta, former MLA Baldev Sharma and others addressed a large gathering of different Morchas of the party at Katra.

Shamsher Singh Manhas, addressing the Sammelan, said that every Morcha of the BJP is discharging its duty of reaching the people with the program and policies of the party, making them aware of the welfare schemes of the Government, thus acting as a bridge. The Morchas are contributing towards strengthening the organization through their continuous efforts.

Arvind Gupta said that the programs held under “ Nau Saal Bemisaal ” are providing a platform for the party leaders and the public to get closer through interactions and sharing the development works and schemes meant for each and every section.

District President Rohit Dubey, Katra Municipal Committee Chairman Shashi Gupta, DDC Chairman Sarb Singh Naag, BDC Chairman Sham Lal Bhagat, DDC member Nirmala Devi and Rajinder Mengi also addressed the Sammelan.

In a similar Sammelan in Reasi, former minister Ajay Nanda, former JMC Deputy Mayor Purnima Sharma, Assembly Segment Convener Chaman Lal Bhagat addressed the Morcha activists.

Ajay Nanda, in his address, said that various Morchas have been set up in the party with a view to give due representation to every section in the organization setup and they are really doing good work.

Purnima Sharma spoke about the activities being undertaken by Mahila Morcha and applauded the women associated with the party for their untiring efforts in reaching the women folk in every region of the UT.

At Ramnagar BJP Spokesperson Abhinav Sharma along with OBC Morcha President Sunil Prajapati and DDC member Jattu Ram addressed the Sanyukt Morcha Sammelan in the town.

Abhinav Sharma also spoke on the contribution of every Morcha in making BJP a strong political force. He said that BJP is a big ‘Parivar’ and every Morcha is an important constituent of this family. He also spoke on the importance of organizing different programs in every assembly segment.
