BJP Minority Morcha meets Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri

JAMMU, June 16: Hardeep Singh Puri, Union Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Housing and Urban Affairs, along with BJP National Secretary Dr. Narinder Singh Raina had a meeting with the senior functionaries of BJP Minority Morcha, Jammu & Kashmir led by its President Ranjodh Singh Nalwa.

Ranjodh Singh Nalwa discussed various minority community related issues with the minister adding that the people of J&K UT are thankful to the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, that has provided a sense of social and economic security among them by launching number of welfare schemes exclusively for them. These schemes had benefitted a large population of the Minority community, unfortunately the earlier governments in the UT only provided lip service for vote bank politics.

Hardeep Singh Puri gave a patient hearing to what was discussed by the minority morcha leaders and assured that although a lot has been done for the community but still any issue, if pending, will be looked into sympathetically and resolved to the aspirations of the community.

DDC member Darhal Mohd Iqbal Malik, Morcha General Secretary Santokh Singh, Vice President Balwinder Singh, Vice President Rajinder Singh, Mubashir Azad, Vice President Jasmeet Kour and others were also present on the occasion.
