BJP observes Sushasan Diwas on Atal ji’s birth Anniversary
Sushasan Diwas, Mann Ki Baat programmes held in every Assembly Constituency
JAMMU December 25: Jammu & Kashmir, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) observed the birth Anniversay of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji as Sushasan Diwas and listened to the popular AIR programme of Prime Minister Narendra Modi “Mann Ki Baat” in every Assembly Constituency across the length and breadth of Jammu & Kashmir.

Tarun Chugh while remembering Atal ji said that during Atal ji’s tenure as PM, there was a quantum leap in the infrastructure of the country with four to six-lane highways coming up on an unprecedented scale. He was also the first non-Congress Prime Minister to complete a full term in office. With a political career spanning over four decades that included 9 terms in the Lok Sabha MP and two in the Rajya Sabha, Atal Bihari Vajpayee was one of the greatest parliamentarians of the country.
Dilip Saikia asked the party activists to follow the footsteps of Atal ji. He said that the party activists are the soldiers of party who need not take rest until the aim is achieved. He asked them to work till the vision of Atal ji is achieved.
Ravinder Raina said that Atal ji was renowned for his oratory and the masses loved to hear him speak. He asked the party workers to read his biography. He narrated many instances from Atal ji’s life when the political opponents had to bow their heads in respect for Atal ji’s personality.
