BJP remembers Chander Shekhar Azad, Bal Gangadhar Tilak
JAMMU July 23: J&K BJP led by its President Ravinder Raina fondly remembered and paid tributes to Chander Shekhar Azad and Bal Gangadhar Tilak on their birth anniversaries at party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Ravinder Raina while paying tributes to Chander Shekhar Azad and Bal Gangadhar Tilak said that they have sacrificed their lives in the service of Maa Bharti. He said that Chander Shekhar Azad and Bal Gangadhar Tilak were among the greatest leaders in the league of legends who shook the very foundation of British Empire in armed as well as unarmed ways. He said that we must remember and learn from the sacrifices made by these great personalities and impress upon our younger generations to follow their ideas and ethics.
Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Media Incharge, J&K BJP paid tributes to the Chander Shekhar Azad and Bal Gangadhar Tilak and said that Bharat is built upon the great ideas of eternity, where one feels indebted to the Nation, Society and the Nature. He said that Bal GangaDhar Tilak was also given the title of “Lokmanya,” which means “accepted as a leader by the people.” He also said that Chandrashekhar Azad was known for his organizational abilities, and desired full independence for India.
