BJP stands for equality and justice to OBCs: Koul
BJP OBC Morcha Udhampur team led by district president Sagar Verma, called on Ashok Koul, BJP General Secretary (organization) in presence of Sunil Prajapati, J&K BJP OBC Morcha president and discussed in detail the issues of OBC community in Jammu and Kashmir.
Ashok Koul gave a patient hearing to the district team and said that the BJP is of the view that this community has been discriminated against and ill treated for long and that the political parties in the past were never serious for the welfare and political empowerment. He said that the BJP has repeatedly stood for equality and justice to all the communities of the society. As far as OBCs, the BJP stands for socio-economic and political empowerment and the Narendra Modi government at the centre, is committed to deliver justice to this community at all levels.
Ashok Koul asked the district team to intensify their political activities in the ongoing Booth Jan Samvad Abhiyaan programmes and educate the people to strengthen BJP and vote overwhelmingly in its favour in 2024 general elections to see Narendra Modi as Prime Minister of the country for the third term.
He also assures the members that OBC’s of Jammu Kashmir will get all their pending constitutional rights in coming times.
