BJP stands with Jammu based  employees working in Kashmir: Sat Sharma

A deputation of All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees

Association Kashmir  (AJBRCEAK), called on Sat Sharma (CA), President,

Jammu and Kashmir BJP, at party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu,

and submitted a memorandum, containing their grievances related to the

transfer policy and other issues.

The deputationists, led by Anil Radha, President, AJBRCEAK, submitted

their memorandum in presence of BJP senior leaders, including DDC

Chairman, Bharat Bhushan, MLA Prof. Gharu Ram Bhagat, SC Morcha

president, Neelam Langeh, party spokesperson, Balbir Ram Rattan and SC

Morcha general Secretary Gulshan Bhagat.

In the memorandum, it was mentioned that All Jammu Based Reserved

Category Employees are serving in Kashmir Division for the last 15

years and a Committee was constituted in 2022 to examine the transfer

related issues of reserved category employees of Jammu, appointed in

Kashmir Division, and policy thereof, besides other resultant aspects

of cadre management. The Inter-District/Inter-Division Recruitment

Policy was started in year 2006 but nothing concrete has been

initiated and done so far regarding the Jammu Based Employees that a

suitable transfer policy shall be framed.

Through this memorandum, the deputationists sought intervention of

the BJP president for meeting their demands like a concrete inter

district/ inter division transfer policy for All Jammu Based Reserved

Category Employees and implementation of the same after fixing a

tenure of 5 years of services in the Kashmir Valley, thereafter transfer to their respective home districts. They also demanded that safe and secure accommodation for All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees, at par with PM Package Employees, should be provided to them.

Sat Sharma gave a patient hearing to the deputationists and assured

to take up their grievances mentioned in the memorandum, with the

concerned authorities, adding that the BJP has always worked for the

resolution of the genuine problems of Jammu based employees working in

Kashmir.
