Block Diwas: Public Outreach Camps held at Billawar, Basohli

KATHUA, FEBRUARY 8: The weekly Block Diwas proceedings were held across Kathua wherein problems and issues concerning the people were listened to by Officers of different departments in presence of PRIs.

At Billawar, Public Grievances Redressal Camp was held in Panchayat Ghar Amuwala, in Block Nagrota Gujroo where ADC Billawar Vinay Khosla presided over the proceedings.

BDC Chairman Nagrota Gujroo Abhay Khajuria; Tehsildar Ramkote, PRI members, Officers and a large number of people were present.

The people highlighted various issues which were mostly related to the provisions of basic amenities.

Similarly, Public Outreach Camp under Block Divas was also held at Panchayat Ghar, Dhar Mahanpur in Basohli. ADC Basohli Ajeet Singh presided over the proceedings of the meeting.

BDC Chairperson Sushma Karyal, Tehsildar Mahanpur Radhika Sohan, CDPO Rakesh Kumar, BDO Dhar Mahanpur Rakesh Kumar, officers of various departments, Sarpanches, Panches and a large number of people were present.

On spot directions were passed to the officer concerned to look into the public issues on priority.
