Capacity building training held at DIET Leh

Leh, 17 Jan:  As a part of the ongoing training, a twenty-days capacity building training for the Head teachers of Middle School held at DIET, Leh.

In the morning session, Director and Founder, Art & Motion Ladakh, Rinchen Angmo focused exclusively on the importance of modern dance and its introduction in the school curriculum.

In the afternoon session, Expert in traditional musical instrument (Daman) & Artist,Tsetan Angchuk gave a session on folk dance to all the participants. They hoped that the session would help the headteachers of Middle Schools in preparing the students for the National Kala Utsav & National Folk Dance competition in future.
