CEO reviews functioning of schools in Chenani Zone

UDHAMPUR, MAY 30: To review academic schemes and progress of civil works, the Chief Education Officer Udhampur, Geetu Bangotra accompanied by Assistant Director (E&S) Darshan Sharma, conducted an extensive academic tour of Chenani sub- division.

The team reviewed the activities of PM SHRI School, Government High School Chenani under different components, while directing the management to keep the school campus clean and green by conducting plantation drives and utilization of the grants released under the PM SHRI scheme for the welfare of the students.

Later, the CEO visited the Government Higher Secondary School and Zonal Education Office Chenani and reviewed their functioning. Cluster Head Chenani was directed to utilise the available resources in the optimal way to achieve excellence in Academics and co- curricular activities.

The CEO also conducted a surprise inspection at Higher Secondary School Bupp to assess the functioning of the cluster systems under NEP 2020 and also resolved the various issues of the complex on the spot.
