Civilian hurt in militant attack in Anantnag’s Bijbehara

ANANTNAG, 24 Feb: Militants opened fire on Asif Ganai son of head constable Ali Mohd Ganai who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty.

The militants fired upon him outside mosque in Hasanpora Tavela area of Bijbehara, Anantnag district.

Asif Ganai got injured and was immediately referred to nearby hospital. The security forces have cordoned the area. Further details awaited.
