Cleanliness Drive Marks Mahatma Gandhi’s Birth Anniversary at JK Board of Technical Education
JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 30: Under the visionary guidance of Secretary JK Board of Technical Education, Er. Shaista Shamin, a cleanliness drive with the theme “Swachhata Hi Sewa” from 15th Sep – 2nd Oct was organized to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on October 2nd. The initiative was spearheaded by Registrar JKBOTE, Er. Kuldeep Singh Bhatia, and saw enthusiastic participation from all faculty members of both the central office and division office. This event highlights the importance of regular cleanliness drives to maintain a clean and pristine environment.
During the event, Registrar Er. Kuldeep Singh Bhatia emphasized the significance of such initiatives, underlining that as responsible citizens of our country, it is our moral duty to keep our surroundings clean. He expressed the belief that this commitment will contribute to the realization of our dream of a cleaner and greener nation.
Deputy Registrar Reeta Kundal also shared her thoughts on the profound impact of such activities on the community as a whole, emphasizing the need for continued efforts in this direction.
Er. Avinash Abrol played a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating the event, ensuring its smooth execution. The active participation of dedicated individuals such as Zahida Parveen (Head Assistant), Balvinder Kour (Senior Assistant), Attiqa, Kulbhushan Kumar, Yogesh Kumar, Tilk Raj other officers Er. Nazir Molvi along with staff from the ITI wing further contributed to the success of this cleanliness drive.
