Cleanliness Drive organized by NSS unit of Govt Degree College Marheen      

KATHUA, March 18: The NSS Unit of Govt. Degree College Marheen, organized a cleanliness Drive under the Swachhata special campaign in the college. The programme was organized under the patronage of Prof. (Dr.) Anupama Gupta, esteemed principal of the college. In her address, she talked about the importance of better hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness of our surroundings.  She appreciated the efforts of NSS unit for organizing a cleanliness drive in the college campus.

She encouraged and supported the NSS volunteers who were actively involved in the event. She also advised the NSS volunteers to carry out the message of cleanliness and its importance to every nook and corner of the society. The entire event was organized under the supervision of Dr. Arun Dev Singh , NSS Programme officer. A large number of NSS volunteers participated in the drive, cleaned and collected garbage from the college campus by setting an example of cleanliness and hygiene in the society.
