CMO reviews patient care scenario in Hospitals
DODA, July 06: Chief Medical Officer Doda, Dr. Abdul Hamid Zargar chaired a meeting and conducted a comprehensive review of the Patient care scenario in the health institutions in the light of National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS).
The meeting was attended by BMO Assar, Dr Tanveer Ahmed and other concerned including the Incharge of PHC Assar, HWC-SC Jathi, Dhar, Chakka, Drudhu and Dranga,
The CMO took review and assessed the progress made in enhancing the quality of healthcare services and promoting cleanliness in healthcare facilities.
A thorough evaluation of the implementation of NQAS in the health institutions was conducted and stressed laid in filling the gaps identified during physical assessment of the health facilities.
The CMO urged healthcare professionals to actively participate in maintaining cleanliness and adhering to infection control measures. He highlighted the role of community engagement in promoting a culture of cleanliness and hygiene in healthcare settings.
CMO also informed that under the National Health Mission, all efforts are being made to strengthen the healthcare delivery system to the utmost satisfaction of the general public.
