Commercial structure of drug peddler attached in Handwara

HANDWARA, Feb 01: In a resolute move against drug peddling, Handwara Police has taken stringent action by attaching a significant property linked to a notorious individual identified as Farooq Ah Dar, son of Md Sultan Dar and a resident of Lachipora Handwara. The attached property, a mini shopping complex comprising four shops, is a consequence of the police’s unwavering commitment to curb the drug menace.

A case has been registered under the NDPS Act 1985 at the concerned police station and further details are awaited.
