Committee established for negotiating financing with DEA and IFAD in J&K

In a significant move aimed at bolstering agricultural development in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, the General Administration Department has sanctioned the formation of a Loan Negotiation Committee. The committee has been tasked with negotiating financing agreements with the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
