Cong settled Rohingyas, Bangladeshi in Jammu: Chander Mohan
Jammu April 22: Senior leaders of BJP J&K UT, Chander Mohan Sharma, charged the Congress candidate from Jammu- Reasi parliamentary constituency, for hatching the conspiracy to settle Rohingyas & Bangladeshi in Jammu, which is a security threat.
He was addressing press conference at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, along with former MLC Choudhary Vikram Randhawa and Media Relations Department Co-Incharge Balbir Ram Rattan.
Chander Mohan Sharma said that settling of lakhs of Bangladeshi and Rohingyas in Jammu, particularly in strategic points, is a big security risk. This was proved many a times. For example, there was terrorist strike at army camp Sunjawan in 2018, wherein families including children and women were killed by Pakistan sponsored terrorists, the attack at the same army camp was repeated in the year 2022. Terrorist attack at army quarter at Kaluchak etc. The enquiry reveals that Pakistani intruders were staying with illegal settler of Bangladeshi and Rohingyas in their houses. These people also helped terrorists to undertake the reiki of the targeted spots.
It is opinion of experts that settling of Bangladeshi and Rohingyas is part of international conspiracy. Otherwise, why they were settled at the distance of 15000 kilometers from Myanmar borders. Let us understand that Jammu region has border with Pakistan to the maximize of its surroundings. Involvements of these people is also traced in other crimes such as drugs and human trafficking.
Today when the elections for Lok Sabha constituency is being held and the mockery of the situation is the Congress party has fielded a candidate, who as Housing and Urban Development Minister, encouraged and promoted the illegal settlement of Rohingyas, in Jammu province.
Chander Mohan Sharma appealed to the voters of Jammu- Reasi constituency to defeat the forces of disruption in the interest of security of the country, vote and support BJP for welfare of poor, peace and progress.
Meanwhile, on International Environment Day, Chander Mohan Sharma, also addressed gathering of the activists of Tawi Andolan, at Bikram Chowk, Jammu, and stressed upon them to expose the Congress and reach the people to seek votes for the BJP candidate.
