Congress condemns drone attack in Sunderbani sector, Pak exceeding limits

JAMMU , April 13-  Congress has strongly condemned drone attack in Sunderbani area of Rajouri district and said that Pakistan is exceeding all limits of provocation. 

JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma termed it highly provocative act on the part of Pakistan and said that it is direct support to terrorist activities and drug trafficking. 

These activities of Pakistan is a direct assault on the sovereignty and integrity of India  but unfortunately our government is mute spectator to such highly provocative actions of Pakistan. Time has come to give Pakistan a stern warning apart befitting response to all this. But Modi government’s slogans and warnings are hollow and Pakistan has been openly indulging in terrorist attacks on our soil. 

He lauded the civilian population as well as police and security forces and army for the alertness and vigil on the border areas . He said that the people of border belt are the unarmed soldiers of the country. 

Congress demanded further strengthening of the border security and intelligence network by reviving the border police posts as well as civil defence.
