Congress strongly criticised lathicharge on REK teachers, Under BJP rule youths getting lathis for peacefully raising demands

JAMMU, January 04: Congress has strongly condemned brutal the lathicharge on a peaceful protestors of REK teachers including women and termed it aș inhuman and against the basic rights of protest guaranteed by the Constitution. 

Reacting sharply to the alleged brutality on the agitating Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers by the police, JKPCC has strongly criticised the harsh treatment to the  physical teachers reminding the Government about the assirances regarding regularisation of their services. It is inhumane and undemocratic aș right to peaceful protest is guaranteed under the Constitution, said JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma. 

He said under BJP rule, the youth are getting lathis instead of jobs and în response to raising their voice for rightful cause and demands.
