Congress takes out strong protest in Sunderbani town

Sunderbani, August 26,  2023:- Congress today took out a strong protest in Sunderbani town against the LG administration and centre government in support of the bandh call over the demands of removal of Sarore toll plaza and release of detained YRS leaders in Jail. 

Led by Block Congress President (DFO retd) Nain Chand Sharma and accompanied by large number of shopkeepers and local youth besides President Beopar Mandal lower market, Pankaj Raina, Dwarka Nath, Block President Siot Ajit Singh,Yog Raj Sharma, Om Parkash, Capt Joginder Singh Chib, Chuni Lal Sharma, Ashwani Kumar, Arvind Sudan Chhotu AYC president, Satish Sharma ,Dr Ved Prakash & ors, the protestors took out a strong protest carrying Congress flags & raising slogans against the UT administration and centre government seeking  roll back of toll tax at Sarore, release of YRS leaders besides withdrawal of property tax. 

They marched through main bazar upto tehsil compex and demanded immediate fulfilment of the demands. They criticised the authoritarian approach and anti people decisions of the administration.
