“Congress will win 15 seats in Rajasthan, INDIA bloc will form Govt at Centre,” says Pratap Singh Khachariyawas
Jaipur (Rajasthan) [India], June 2 (ANI): Congress leader and candidate from Jaipur constituency, Pratap Singh Khachariyawas on Sunday expressed confidence in winning 15 seats in Rajasthan despite the exit polls predicting two to seven seats for the party.
The leader also said that the INDIA bloc will form the government at the Centre.
Speaking with ANI, Pratap Singh Khachariyawas said, “The exit polls say that Congress can get seven seats in Rajasthan. Make it 15…”
He added further, “Let the results come, INDIA alliance will form government in the country… Congress will win more than 15 seats in Rajasthan and the INDIA alliance will form government in the country.”
The Congress leader also attacked the BJP and accused it of creating vertical division between Hindus and Muslims. Stepping up his attacks, Khachariyawas said, “BJP tried to create vertical division between Hindus and Muslims throughout the elections. So, Dalits felt that they would be finished off.”
Khachariyawas also criticised the saffron party on privatisation and said, “BJP has privatised everything which will result in the end of reservation… People are facing inflation and unemployment and they know that preparations are going on for changing the Constitution.”
Exit polls predicted that the NDA would secure a clear majority in Rajasthan as well.
An aggregate of exit polls shows that out of 25 Lok Sabha seats, the NDA is predicted to win 18-23 seats, while the Congress-led INDIA bloc is expected to win 2-7 seats.
Times Now ETG’s exit poll figures indicated that the NDA is winning 18 seats, while the Congress-led INDIA bloc is clinching seven seats.
The exit poll figures from INDIA TV predicted the NDA getting 21 to 23 seats, while the INDIA bloc is wrapping up with two to four seats.
Similarly, News 24 in its exit poll figures predicted 22 seats for the NDA, two seats for the INDIA bloc, and one seat for others.
