Cooperative Dept Leh organises training on accounting, auditing & GST

Leh, April 08: The Cooperative Department, Leh organized a one-day training program for departmental auditors, supervisors and other field functionaries on cooperative accounting, auditing and GST at Leh.

More than 30 officials from various blocks attended the training session.

Assistant Director from National Cooperative Union of India, New Delhi, Anurag Dang was the resource person of the training program wherein he covered various important aspects of Cooperative management, accounting and auditing besides a lecture on GST.

Earlier, Deputy Registrar Cooperative, Leh, Dr Mohd Abbas briefed the participants about the objectives behind organizing the program and said that training and human resource development are crucial for efficient working and development of the Cooperative sector.

He extended his gratitude to the resource person from the National Cooperative Union of India for his time and energy in imparting day-long training to the Cooperative officials of Leh district.

The Program was attended by Dr Tsering Lamchung, ARC Nubra; Skarma Tashi, ARC Leh; Nawang Tsering, ARC Nyoma; Senior Auditor Abdul Rashid; Senior Auditor Rigzin Angchok and other field functionaries of the department.
