Covid Threat: Mock drills held across Doda district to evaluate preparedness
BHADERWAH, DEC 27: To review operational readiness of health facilities, a mock drill for COVID-19 preparedness was held today in all health facilities in the District Doda.
During the day long activities held as a part of Mock Drill, the exercise mainly focused on parameters such as availability of health facilities, capacity of isolation beds, oxygen supported beds, ICU beds and Ventilator supported beds and optimal availability of Doctors, Paramedics, ASHAs and other front liners in the District.
The staff was instructed to maintain readiness and generate mass awareness among the public about observing Covid Appropriate Behaviour in public places and crowded areas. The Mock Drill was conducted to stay ready for the management of COVID-19 4th wave as directed by Secretary Health & Medical Education J&K, Bhupinder Kumar.
