Crackdown on illegal mining: 3 arrested, 4 vehicles seized in Baramulla
In a crackdown on illegal mining activities, Baramulla Police seized two tractors and two tippers allegedly involved in the extraction and transportation of minerals in the Wagoora, Hard Aboora, Tarhama, and Ferozpora areas of Baramulla district. Additionally, three drivers operating the vehicles were arrested.

Acting on a tip-off, police conducted raids at the aforementioned locations and apprehended the individuals involved in the illegal activity.
The arrested individuals have been booked under relevant sections of the law. Further investigations are underway to identify any potential masterminds or larger networks involved in this illegal activity.
