CRPF deploys Addl troops in J&K after review meet with admin following terror attack in Rajouri

RAJOURI, Jan 9: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has deployed additional troops in Jammu and Kashmir following the deadly terrorist attacks in Rajouri and Poonch areas.

The decision to send more troops was taken after a review meeting between the Jammu and Kashmir administration and the CRPF to strengthen security in the area.

So far seven people have died in firing carried out by terrorists in Rajouri’s Dhangri on Jan 1.
