CUJ Embarks on a Transformative Journey with Viksit Bharat @2047 Initiative
JAMMU, December 22: In a significant move towards Viksit Bharat @2047, the Central University of Jammu, under the guidance and leadership of the Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Sanjeev Jain, has launched a series of initiatives as part of its commitment to shaping a brighter future.
The office of Dean Research in collaboration with the Office of Dean Students’ Welfare organized a special lecture on “Viksit Bharat @2047: Role of Scholars” in the University Auditorium.
Dr. Pawan, Associate Dean Research organized the interactive session for the Research Scholars of the University. Dr. Vinay, Associate Dean Students’ Welfare started the series of programmes .
The special talk was delivered by the esteemed Dean (Research), Prof. Deepak Pathania. His lecture, rich in insights and foresight, addressed India’s trajectory towards future development and prosperity. The session was more than an academic presentation; it ignited interest and engagement in national development among the university community.
Dr. Amita Gupta, Incharge of the Viksit Bharat @2047 Ideation Centre, played a pivotal role in organizing interactive sessions for students. These sessions, an essential part of the Viksit Bharat @2047 initiative, are designed to deepen students’ understanding of the impact of government schemes and the concept of Viksit Bharat @2047. The Viksit Bharat Pledge was also taken by the students and faculty members. Adding to the fervor, the University initiated the ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’, led by Prof. Yashwant Singh, alongside dedicated faculty and scholars. This march is not just a symbolic act but a substantial movement aimed at reaching the unreached, assisting the vulnerable and spreading awareness about various beneficial government schemes.
At the end Prof. Ritu Bakshi, Dean Students’ Welfare added that the Central University of Jammu efforts in these initiatives reflect a blend of academic rigor and societal responsibility especially the role of Youth in Viksit Bharat @2047.
