Cultural Unit DIPR hosts Symposium on Nasha Mukt Bharat

JAMMU, FEBRUARY 07: Cultural Unit, Department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu today organised a Symposium cum Cultural program on the topic “Nasha Mukt Bharat” at Dewan Badrinath Vidya Mandir Mubarak Mandi Jammu.

Cultural Officer Jammu, Nasir Ahmed Khan was special guest of the event.

The objective of organizing the programme was to educate the students regarding drug de-addiction.

The students expressed their views on the topic and were judged on parameters of Pronunciation, Modulation of Voice, Factual Representation, confidence etc.

Vaishali Jamwal, Raghvi Sudan and Isha Sharma were the Judges.

A total number of 10 students participated in the competition.

First Position prize was won by Avni Sharma, Second Position was secured by Mahdhavi and Third  Position was secured by Adhya Raj.

Artists of Cultural Wing Information Department Jammu presented a colorful Cultural program which enthralled the audience.

Head of the institute, Vishu Dogra educated the students regarding the topic and lauded the Department of Information & Public Relations for organizing the programme.

Among others, Accounts Executive Manager, Balvinder Singh, Staff members of the Institute and a large number of students witnessed the programme.

The whole program was conducted under the supervision of Cultural Officer Jammu.
