CWS, GDC Kathua organized One day seminar.

Kathua, Dec 31: Centre for women studies, GDC Kathua organized one day seminar on devices of teaching for the students of skill education. Prof. Sumnesh Jasrotia, Principal of the college was the chief guest of the event. The proceedings of the program were initiated by Dr. Rachna Devi, coordinator CWS.

In her welcome address, she thanked Principal for providing this opportunity to enlighten students with different teaching learning skills according to NEP 2020. She also welcomed the chief guest and other faculty members. The chief guest of the event, Principal GDC Kathua, Prof Sumnesh Jasrotia encouraged and motivated the students for participating in such awareness programs to get knowledge about various teaching skills after graduation when they choose teaching as a profession.

He also emphasized on the importance of various life skills in present world. He advised students to make best use of their precious time and prepare for various competitive examinations along with their studies. The technical session was conducted by Dr Rachna Devi.

More than 60 students participated in this program. The students who presented their topics on story telling were Ajay Singh,Sourav.Nikhal, Priya Devi,Mansi and Sherya. In the end formal vote of thanks was given by Dr. Rachna.
