DC Bandipora chairs meeting of DLC on Change of Land Use; approves 04 cases

BANDIPORA, MAY 30: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Shakeel Ul Rehman Thursday convened a meeting of the District Level Committee (DLC) regarding Change of Land Use (CLU) cases in the district.

During the meeting, an in-depth discussion was held about the comments submitted by different departments concerning the issuance of NOCs for pending CLU cases in the district.

A total of 06 cases were put up for discussion. Following a comprehensive review of the policy’s different aspects, the committee approved 04 cases and rejected 02 cases.
The DC directed the concerned departments to provide quality comments or definitive NOCs within the specified timeframe, in accordance with the provisions of the PSGA Act.

The meeting was attended by ACR Bandipora, Chief Agriculture Officer, Bandipora, ExEn R&B Bandipora, ExEn PHE Bandipora, ExEn IFC Sumbal, Tehsildar Bandipora, Tehsildar Sumbal, and concerned officers from related departments.
