DC Budgam inspects shifting of PHC Pahroo to new permanent building
New PHC building at Pahroo made functional
BUDGAM, OCTOBER 05: The Deputy Commissioner (DC), Budgam, Akshay Labroo today inspected the shifting of PHC Pahroo to a new permanent building at Pahroo village in Chadoora. Consequently, a new PHC building has been made functional at Pahroo.
While taking stock of healthcare facilities, the DC inspected different facilities including dental section, lab, OPD, general wards and registration section.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that the new building for healthcare facilities has been made functional now to ensure better patient care to the local population.
He said that, “the LG administration has a straight objective to ensure all approved and sanctioned projects are completed in a stipulated time frame and dedicated to the general public at the earliest.”
He said in the previous few weeks, various other health centres including NTPHCs at Kaniham, Magam have been made functional and dedicated to cater better healthcare to patients in Budgam district.
He directed concerned to ensure robust functioning of the health centre and better health services to patients.
On the occasion, the DC listened to the local deputation and assured them that all their other genuine demands shall be taken up with the relevant quarters for prompt redressal.
Among others, SDM Chadoora, CMO Budgam, Tehildar BK Pora, BMO Chattergam were also present on the occasion.
