DC Doda inspects different sections of District Administrative Office
DODA, NOVEMBER 01: Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh conducted a thorough inspection of all sections of the District Administrative Office, here today.
The DC examined different sections, including the revenue department, land records, relief section, personnel sections, control room and Planning Sections, as well as the Meeting Hall. He took the opportunity to engage with the staff members, encouraging them to share their challenges and ideas for continuous improvement.
During the inspection, the DC emphasized the paramount importance of transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public service delivery. He stressed the need for adopting best work ethics and urged the staff to work with a proactive approach while addressing public grievances.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed the significance of maintaining clean and organized office spaces, conducting regular meetings, and adhering to established protocols. He also discussed the benefits of leveraging technology to streamline processes and reduce manual paperwork.
Meanwhile, the DC also initiated a signature campaign for vigilance awareness week, emphasizing the importance of integrity and accountability in public service.
