DC inaugurates AVSAR centre at Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, January 25: Marking a major stride towards fostering local entrepreneurship, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav today unveiled the  District AVSAR Centre, extending a compelling call to the youth of the Kishtwar District.

Dr. Devansh Yadav’s inauguration marked a pivotal chapter, urging the young minds to actively participate and shape their entrepreneurial visions under the Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative scheme, which offers substantial financial backing, reaching up to 20 lakh with 30% Business Development Incentive and 10% of Interest Subsidy.

Through the AVSAR scheme, participants are granted access to a varied spectrum of complimentary services essential for their business endeavors. This encompassing support includes innovative ideas, brand development, logo design, marketing, and interior design.

Notably, a consultancy agency has been engaged to provide these services free of cost to the youth of Kishtwar.

The Deputy Commissioner interacted with numerous aspiring entrepreneurs, reinforcing the tangible advantages available through the Avsar scheme and providing a personal touch to the initiative.

This ambitious undertaking not only underscores a steadfast commitment to economic empowerment but also highlights the administration’s unwavering dedication to nurturing local talent.
