DC Jammu holds introductory meeting with C-DYTE new appointees
JAMMU, JUNE 01: Deputy Commissioner Avny Lavasa today held an introductory meeting with newly appointed C-DYTE staff here in DC office.
ADC, (ADM) Sandeep Seointra and Incharge C-DYTE Surinder Kumar were also present in the meeting.
The Deputy Commissioner commended their wonderful work of guiding the district youth, especially youth from border areas for recruitment in armed forces and engaging them in a positive activities with great results.
The Deputy Commissioner also highlighted the appreciable work of C-DYTE volunteers in whatever assignments given to them so far especially regarding the Shri Amarnath Yatra.
There are total 16 centres functional across Jammu district with a more than 600 boys and girls enrolled in 6th C-DYTE Batch for 90 day training.
The Staff evinced great enthusiasm during the introductory cum appreciation meet. The extended gratitude to the DC and also gave few suggestions for consideration like introducing preparation course for officer ranks and converting C-DYTE training into certificate course etc.
The DC Jammu assured the team of full support to make C-DYTE an institution of excellence.
