DC Jammu seeks detection of ineligible beneficiaries in 7 days

JAMMU, MAY 15: Deputy Commissioner, Sachin Kumar Vaishya has directed officers to start a re-verification drive to detect ineligible beneficiaries, if any, availing benefits of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme.

Concerned Sub Divisional Magistrates (SDMs), Sub Divisional Agriculture Officers (SDAOs) and Tehsildars have been instructed to complete the process of considering ineligibility based on the scheme guidelines within seven days. The officers were directed to conduct ground surveys and register detailed information.

ADDC Sher Singh, Director IT (DIO NIC) Jammu Sanjeev Kapoor, Chief Agriculture Officer Vinod Kundal, ACR Dr. Rajesh Kumar, CPO Uttam Singh and LDM Romesh Chander were also present in the meeting.
