DC Kulgam visits Waltengo Nar

Inspects under construction rehabilitation works, interacts with people

KULGAM, JANUARY 31: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan today visited Waltengo Nar area of the block Kund, located in higher reaches of Pir Panjal, to take stock of ongoing development works and interact with people to listen to their issues.

During the visit, the DC inspected the remaining lot of under construction residential quarters/ units being built for Snow Avalanche affected tribal families of Waltengo Nar.

He interacted with the local people and assured immediate redressal of their rehabilitation issues. He directed executing authorities to speed up the pace of works so that remaining affected families are rehabilitated as early as possible.
